Vivian on relationship with Nouran: I think it took me only a month to realise that I was in love with her

Back in December 21, a report in Bombay Times stated that the actor has found love once again. And now, it has been revealed that the actor has found love in the form of Nouran Aly, a former journalist from Egypt and the two have been dating for 4 and a half years now. 

And now, the actor opened up about the relationship only recently and he told the leading daily that he is in love with Nouran and hopes to settle soon. He added how she first got in touch with him for an interview and he made her wait for three months until saying yes. Later, it was for work that she came to Mumbai and while they started off as friends, they fell in love quickly. Vivian added how he thinks it took him only a month to realise that he was in love with her.

He added,

“She has a lot of patience and perseverance, which is much needed with me (laughs!). While I admire those qualities about her, it was her honesty that attracted me the most. It is an extremely rare quality in today’s time. I feel fortunate to have Nouran in my life. In fact, I was looking for a girl like her to settle down with. Maybe, she also likes a thing or two about me; that is why she is ready to make the mistake of spending her life with me (smiles).”

Meanwhile, Nouran also spoke to the daily and mentioned how she has always been in love with India. she adds that she knows many Indians and has also been exposed to the culture and it was her love for the country and the actors that made her pursue an interview with him. She added that he was supposed to come to Egypt for an event and that's when she asked him for an interview. She revealed his first impression on her and said,

''‘What does he think of himself?’ When I told him that I can’t deal with someone like him, he replied, ‘I believe this person you described is not me. Please get to know me first.’ Well, getting to know him was a trap and I fell in love with him (laughs!).”

The actor further spoke about being a support for Vivian during his tough times and added how she didn't let him take impulsive decisions and was the reason for emotional stability. He said how she is the calming factor in his life and understands his silence.

Asking Vivian about plans to settle down, he said that he doesn't know when and how and it could happen anytime. He also mentioned that since he is a private person, it could also happen that no one comes to know about the wedding.

He adds, 

''Just because I am an actor, it doesn’t mean that my personal life should become a topic of discussion. Why should my family pay the price of me being a celebrity? Nouran, too, doesn’t want to be in the limelight by virtue of being married to me. She wants to lead a normal life as a homemaker. I will try to honour her decision and wish as much as I can. So, I am not likely to make an announcement about it on social media either.”

Vivian also mentioned that her family is into law and has no connection to the showbiz world and hence, have requested to guard her privacy and want them to love like a normal couple, also something Nouran wants. He added that it was her decision to quit her job and mentioned how he does not want her to be subject to any kind of rumours. He concluded by saying how she has asked him to not take her to events and how one must not spin any kinds of tales if he is seen alone there.
