Vijayendra Kumeria-Kritika Singh Yadav's Deewaniyat to go OFF AIR in 2 months of its premiere: REPORTS

The speed in which television shows have been going off air in just months of their launch speaks volumes about the fast paced and cut throat competition prevailing in the television industry. Amidst all this competition, one show, that has miserably failed to meet the expectations of the viewers is Vijayendra Kumeria and Kritika Singh Yadav's recently launched show 'Deewaniyat.'

While the TRPs of the show have seen absolutely no rise, it can now possibly face the brunt of the same. According to media reports, the Vijayendra Kumeria and Kritika Singh Yadav starrer is all set to go off air within just two months of its release. Reports suggest that no improvement in the ratings of the show is possibly the reason behind this stern call of the channel. This week too, Deewaniyat has secured 0.7 points on the TRP charts. While there is no official confirmation about the same by the channel or the actors yet, the show going off air may still not come as a surprise.

For the uninformed, Deewaniyat stars Vijayendra Kumeria and Kritika Singh Yadav in the titular roles. It also starred Navneet Malik as a parallel lead, however, the actor called it quits in sometime. The show is produced by the makers of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, aka, by Shaika and Cockrow films.

Before Deewaniyat, while Vijayendra Kumeria was a part of Teri Meri Doriyann opposite Himanshi Parashar, Kritika Singh Yadav's show 'Dharampatnii' opposite Fahmaan Khan also went ahead to enjoy a decent run.
