Vidya Teaser: Meera Deosthale Looks 'Bundle of Nerves' as an English Teacher!

After Luv Kush, Colors’ is coming up with another show titled Vidya. The show will feature Udaan fame Meera Deosthale and Swaragini actor Namish Taneja in lead roles. Produced by Mahesh Pandey, the show is a social drama based on the education system, set in a small village in Uttarpradesh and as the name suggests, the story centres around a lady named Vidya, who is a teacher but struggles to teach.

The makers have finally revealed the first teaser of the show. The teaser opens with a small classroom of an old school in a village, where students still have to sit on the floors. Meera Deosthale is playing an English teacher named Vidya, who misspells ‘Apple’ as ‘Apil’ and teaches the same to her students. Contrary to her previous character, Meera looked innocent and refreshing in a simple cotton sari.
