Vidya Balan's new 'Draupadi' avatar

Mahabharat, will be for the first time seen in an animated version on the big screen and the biggest names from the film industry have been chosen for the voice overs of the same.

The character of Draupadi will get her voice from the very talented Vidya Balan. When the actress agreed to lend her voice to the character, the animation of the character was enhanced and worked upon in order to make it look closest to her.

The film will be the biggest animation film made and is made with the intention of parents showing it to their children to make them acquainted with the scripture. The makers feel that Vidya Balan is the most appropriate choice for this.

Confirming the news, Jayantilal Gada said, "We couldn't have asked for a better voice for the character of Draupadi."
