VHP members throw stones at Shah Rukh Khan's car

Shah Rukh Khan faces the brunt of his earlier remarks on "intolerance" as VHP members throw stones at his car to cause him harm.

It seems Shah Rukh Khan's remarks on "intolerance" are not going to let him live in peace anytime soon!

A few days back, the actor along with his younger Son AbRam was mobbed by the crowd at Bhuj airport making it difficult for the duos to enter the city.

And now his car has been damaged by the members of VHP who threw stones as a part of their ongoing protests against the actor.

As per reports, early morning on Sunday, members of the VHP threw stones at the parking lot of Hyatt Regency Hotel on Ashram Road in Ahmedabad along with shouting slogans against Shah Rukh Khan. The protest that took place was an indication of displeasure against the Superstar.

When this incident took place, the film's crew members were residing at the hotel and SRK had not reached there by that time.

The report further states that, an FIR for rioting and damaging the property was lodged in the evening and seven persons, who claimed to be associated with the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), were detained.

According to Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) B U Jadeja, "As per the complaint lodged by the Security Officer of the hotel, 8 to 10 persons came on bikes and threw stones on cars parked in the open parking lot early this morning. Due to the stone pelting, windscreen of Shah Rukh Khan's car got damaged." [sic]
