Veteran screenwriter Rajeev Agarwal of 'Dekh Bhai Dekh' fame PASSES away

It is indeed a sad day in the entertainment industry today as veteran screenwriter Rajeev Agarwal has passed away. Rajeev had been in the industry for umpteen years and his most remembered contribution to the TV industry include writing for shows like Dekh Bhai Dekh and, Neenv and Indradhanush.

Rajeev was born on 15-9-1957 and passed away on 10th March 2019 at 61 years of age by a heart attack. It is being said he suffered a heart attack owing to the work pressure he was suffering from working on his latest project, Ek Nayi Subah on Doordarshan.

He was also working on other projects that included a renewed season of Dekh Bhai Dekh, an upcoming film for Pankaj Parashar and developing dialogues for Mahima Shanidev Ki for Dangal TV.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Agarwal and two sons, Akira Agarwal and Toshiro Agarwal.
