Veteran actor Yusuf Hussain passes away

India Forums brings to you a rather sad news from the entertainment industry.

Veteran actor Yusuf Hussain, who has charmed the viewers with his stints in projects like Dhoom 2, Raees and Road to Sangam, passed away today (30th October 2020). According to a report in Times of India, the cause of the death is stated to be COVID-19. Report also stated that the actor passed away at Lilavati Hospital.

Hussain’s close family member and filmmaker Hansal Mehta along with actors like Manoj Bajpayee and Abhishek Bachchan took to social media to express their thoughts on the actors’ demise.

Hansal Mehta shared an incident wherein Hussain helped him financially when he was stuck with one of his projects.
