This TV actress makes her way to Cannes!

As celebrities from all over the world including Aishwarya Rai and Sonam Kapoor made headlines at the prestigious Cannes film festival, our very own Anita Bhabhi aka Saumya Tandon of 'Bhabhi Ji Ghar Pe Hain?' fame also took a quick break from her shooting schedule and whisked away to the resort town on the French Riviera.

Cannes is synonymous with glamour, thanks to its world-famous film festival, its Boulevard de la Croisette, curving along the coast, is lined with sandy beaches, upmarket boutiques and palatial hotels.

Says a source, "Saumya had applied for this leave from Bhabi Ji well in advance to plan her trip. She has shot for all her scenes and has packed off last night to Cannes. Apart from acting, she is also an entrepreneur with a venture titled 108mb and a fan of all kinds of Cinema, hence, an apt festival to connect with Film fraternity across the world."

Here's hoping the beautiful actress enjoys her summer break in the beautiful town of Cannes and quickly comes back to Aamchi Mumbai to entertain us.
