This is why Neetu Kapoor feels Ranbir has taken the right decision staying away from Instagram

Ranbir Kapoor is one of the few Bollywood actors who has avoided using social media. And his mother, Neetu Kapoor believes he made the right choice by mitigating Instagram. 

In an interview with a new portal, Neetu Singh exclaimed that actors did not have Instagram or other social media outlets in the past, which enabled fans to have a huge craze for them. According to her, there was a lot of interest in the stars' personal affairs as well as a desire to see them on screen.

Further, the veteran actress stated that actors have become far more accessible in recent years, thanks to constant updates and pictures shared with fans and followers on Instagram. It has, she claims, lessened fans' desire to see them on screen. Considering all of this, Neetu believes Ranbir made the right decision by not being present on Instagram.

Ranbir Kapoor has been a part of the spotlight in the past few weeks owing to his wedding with his lady love Alia Bhatt. The couple tied the knot on 14th April in an intimate ceremony with only close friends and family members in attendance. The pictures and videos from their wedding and pre-wedding festivities had created a buzz on social media and fans went bananas over them.

On the professional arena, Ranbir kapoor was recently in Himachal Pradesh with Rashmika Mandanna, while the actors were filming for their upcoming flick Animal. Apart from this, Ranbir and Alia's film Brahmastra is all set to the hit the big screens on 9th September. 

On the other hand, Neetu Singh will also mark her presence on the big screens with Jug Jugg Jeeyo.
