The Kashmir Files has managed to get a strong start on day 1 as it has minted Rs 4.25 crore on day 1 at the worldwide box office.

Filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihortri's movie, The Kashmir Files has been in the news for the longest time now. And yesterday was the movie's first day at the box office, which seems to have been an absolute success for the entire team as it has opened up to strong numbers, despite the limited screens.
The Kashmir Files features Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, Darshan Kumar, Pallavi Joshi, among others, in pivotal roles. Produced by Zee Studios, the film depicts the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits during the Kashmir Insurgency.
The movie has raked in a strong earning of ₹ 4.25 Cr worldwide and ₹ 3.55 Cr in India. In addition, trade experts also suggest a stronger growth for the movie in the days to come, and everyone seems to be more than delighted with the feat that movie has achieved.
Vivek shared the number on social media as well, and he wrote, ''A new beginning. A new revolution. Started by a very small film with the biggest tragedy of the oldest civilisation. Gratitude to every Indian.''

The films released in theatres just yesterday and hours after the release, they were also leaked online by piracy website TamilRockers.

I really hope this Movie does even better. This movie deserves to have more screen and everyone plz watch it and see what all have happened in our Country but majority don't even know it.
