The Curious Case of Rakht Pishach in Adaalat

KD Pathak (Ronit Bose Roy) of Sony TV's Adaalat is back with yet another mysterious case to be solved. There are a couple of murders that take place in a small village in UP. An old lady who used to provide the villagers with medication was accused of the murders.

It was said that when she had a tiff with the zamindar on a land issue and she gave a curse which led to attacks by rakht pishach who sucked blood out of people and killed them.

The lady's son goes to KD for help and to start with the investigation.  KD finds that even the police don't cooperate with victims. People change their statements and give statements against her.

There is a tantrik who KD has his major suspicion on and he instigates people against her. Meanwhile Varun (Romit Raj)  also gets kidnapped.
