The character of Catwoman has always fascinated me - Saumya Tandon

Everybody dreams of being a superhero and saving the world, atleast once in their lifetime and India's favourite bhabhi, Anitaji aka Saumya Tandon is no exception to this. 

Saumya will soon be seen fulfilling her childhood dream as she will don the sexy avatar of the Catwoman for the upcoming track of Meow Gang in &TV's popular sitcom, Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain. Her look is inspired by the popular Catwoman series and Saumya will be seen sporting tight leather pants, masks and gloves among other things.

Saumya Tandon revealed about the character, "I have always been fascinated by the character of Catwoman. Three super talented actresses have played this character - Michelle Pfeiffer, Halle Berry and Anne Hathaway in their own different way. I created my own costume as a tribute to them. I have grown up watching these films and I always wanted to play this character one day. Infact, I tried cajoling my friends into a comic con based theme party, where everybody could dress up in their favourite superhero look. Though that party could never happen, I am finally playing a superhero in my show. It is after so many years where I get to beat guys, whip them, purr like a cat and walk like the Catwoman."

She added, "I am on a secret mission with the police commissioner to beat up all goons in the Modern Colony, Kanpur who trouble women, but I go a step ahead and actually beat almost all men in the colony including my husband and Tiwariji when I see them troubling Gulfam Kali and their wives. No one knows my identity including Vibhuti, and I am having super fun teaching the men a lesson."
