Tanushree Dutta slams trolls accusing her of faking a harassment video for limelight: 'Chor ki daadhi mein…'

Tanushree Dutta sparked outrage and concern after sharing a viral video alleging she was being harassed at home. However, some netizens accused her of seeking attention. Now, the actress has hit back at critics, slamming them for dismissing her distress as a publicity stunt.

A user, while reacting to the video, shared, “I am a fan of Tanushree ma’am, but this time, I think she wants to be in the limelight. I may be wrong, but it seems so. Sorry if my words hurt you, ma’am, but this is what I felt after watching your video."

Tanushree reacted, “Really?? Checked ur profile. Aaj hi banaya Insta account (You made the profile today itself) to post this comment."

Another Instagram user commented, “Nautanki karna band karo madam… Log jaan gaye hain tumhari asliyat. Ghaadi ghaadi drama karti ho. We all are fed up with your third-class acting. If you’re not safe in Mumbai, then go back to the USA. And why are you putting your life in danger if anything is true? Nana [Patekar] is a great human being and one of the best actors in Bollywood. Don’t try to defame him, madam… Agar kaam nahi mil raha toh yeh sab karke bhi kuch kaam nahi milega Bollywood mein. Sab jaan gaye hain tumhe (Stop this drama. We all know the truth. Tanushree lashed out at him and said, “Hmmm. Maine toh iss post mein Nana ka naam bhi nahi liya. Chor ki daadhi mein tinka (I did not even take Nana’s name in the post. A guilty conscience needs no accuser)!!"

Tanushree Dutta shared a video on her Instagram on Tuesday night, in which she alleged harassment by her family. The video showed a visibly distressed Dutta contemplating legal action against her family members.

“I am being harassed in my own home. Mujhe mere hi ghar mein pareshaan kiya jaa raha hai. I just called the cops. They came and asked me to come to the police station to lodge a proper complaint. I will probably go tomorrow or the day after. I am not well. Mujhe itna pareshaan kiya gaya hai pichle 4 to 5 saalon mein," she said.
