Taarak Mehta...actor Daya Shankar Pandey BAGS a New Project

Actor Daya Shankar Pandey is known for his work in both Television and Bollywood. He has worked in number of superhit Bollywood films like Lagaan and Gangajal while on TV, he is best known for his portrayal of Inspector Chalu Pandey. Now, the actor is set to join the cast of an upcoming web series.

According to reports, actor Daya Shankar Pandey has been roped for Gemplex’s The Red Land. Joining him will be actor Avdhesh Kushwaha. The project is being directed by Vivek Srivastava. About Gemplex, it is a new OTT platform which will be streaming soon.

Also, actors Shaleen Bhanot and Flora Saini will be part of the upcoming project. The story will revolve around property disputes and casteism.
