What does fitness mean to you? What is the idea of fitness?
Fitness is the most important aspect of my life, one must stay fit. A fit body is not only made in the gym, you can make it by doing various physical activities, like jogging, swimming or more.
I feel that swimming is the best way which has helped me to make my body fit. I used to go once in a week but that has helped me a lot.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I do various physical activities and play cricket a lot which helps me to keep my body fit.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Not at all, if you ask my co-stars of Sadda Haq about my food choices, I am sure you will get amazing answers from them.
Do you take protein supplements?
Are there any sports you are skilled at?
Yes, I am skilled at playing cricket as I play for Gujarati community in Inter-caste tournament. I used to play footfall during my school time. I also play Volleyball.
A celebrity's body you admire?
I am a very big fan of Hrithik Roshan. He has really inspired me a lot.
What is your fitness secret?
Well, there is no fitness secret as such.
A Fitness tips for your fan?
Don't go for protein supplements as they are not much reliable, eat healthy, get yourself indulged into physical activities like walking or possibly try to go for jogging in the morning to keep yourself fit.
