After making serious shows on social issues and with three different shows on three different channels, Siddharth Tewary's Swastik Pictures is now gearing up for their first ever comedy venture on SAB TV. Their debut in this genre will be a short telefilm which will be aired on the weekends. The other biggies sailing in the same boat include Optymistix, UTV and Hats Off Productions.

A source reveals, "The show will be titled as Kya Hoga Iss Desh Ka wherein Desh is a guy essayed by Rahoul Lohani (fame Balika Vadhu). He is a unique character in himself and the story unfolds when he encounters a sweet lovey dovey couple essayed by Delnaaz Paul and Pavan Malhotra. Their life gets affected and the story proceeds."

Apart from these three powerful performers, veteran actor Sharad Vyas and Muni Jha will also play a vital roles in the short film.

Delnaaz Paul was overjoyed to express about the same. "I am totally thrilled about doing a comedy show along with Pavan Malhotra who has made a mark in serious roles and the story line is hilarious in itself," said the actress.

Siddharth Tewary confirms, "Yes, it's my first comedy series and I'm enjoying it. We have created a very interesting character called desh kumar and I wish the viewers love the telefilm. Comedy has it's own audience. We at Swastik are surely want to develop content of different variety and the objective is to entertain audiences"

Hope Swastik succeeds in their new move...
