Suzanne Khan comments on Fraud Case

On June 18, Suzanne Khan was booked in a 1.87 crore cheating case by the Panaji Police, Goa. Emgee Group's managing partner, Mr. Mudhit Gupta said that she had "falsely projected herself as an architect and designer by profession" as reported in a leading newspaper.

Suzanne, on the contrary has stated in her letter to the media that she never suggested about being an architect during her deal with the company. She also stated that she has always tried to maintain complete transparency and was looking to hire an architect specifically for the work assigned to her being the creative director, the title given to her by the company.

In 2013, Suzanne along with Gauri Khan were to take on the project to design 12 Villas of the company in Bambolina, Goa but were later replaced by Nisha Jamvwal in 2015. Because of this reason Suzanne sued the company and believes that the company's response now is "a blatant attempt to twist facts and put pressure" on her by the company.
