Sushant Singh Rajput's Ashes To Be Immersed In Ganga in Patna

The world continues to feel the shock and is still startled by feeling and fathoming that actor Sushant Singh Rajput is indeed no more with us where he committed suicide. Today was the day when his final rites were performed at the Pawan Hans Crematorium near Vile Parle, today, for which the family members also flew down from Patna. 

Rajput's father along with a few other members of their family were spotted at the Mumbai Airport in the morning. The funeral was attended by celebrities such as Vivek Oberoi, Shraddha Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Varun Sharma among others.

Recent reports now suggest that the actor's ashes will be taken back to Patna, his hometown, and will now be immersed in river Ganga. According to a Bollywood life report, Sushant’s mother had also died in Patna and now, it looks like the final immersion will happen there, in Patna. The actor came from Purnea in Bihar and his paternal family hailed from Patna.

The late actor was last seen in Netflix's Drive and his last film will be Dil Bechara, which is also said to be releasing online soon.
