Celebrity transformations are seldom shocking but what catches our fancy is the complete albeit slow transformation of actors on screen. As the plot progresses in the show, some of our favourite characters reveal interesting shades not just in their personalities but also in their appearance.

With portraying varied shades, makeovers and the need to spruce up their look, these actors had quite a chameleon shift.

Maya in Beyhadh on Sony TV

Maya in Beyhadh is one character who's wardrobe seamlessly showcased her personality. The obsessive lover wore shades of white that reflected her unpredictable behavior. Her character took a drastic turn when she got married to Arjun and tried fitting into the ideal 'bahu' shoes. Jennifer Winget who essays the role has now begun to adorn pretty sarees, lots of bangles and sober straight hair in place of the soft waves she wore for a majority.

Ishita in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein on Star Plus

Ishita in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein went through a lot of look changes in the show. The most recent change is the time when YHM took a leap. Divyanka Tripathi took on a much older character and her get-up followed suit. She currently wears different kinds of saree blouses and plays a matured woman with grace.

Sonakshi in Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi on Sony TV

Sonakshi's wardrobe in Kuch Rang Pyar Ke... had always been a mix of shirts, kurtis, her signature glasses and soft casual makeup looks. After her marriage with Dev, Erica Fernandes' character made way to feminine ethnic wear. Her ethnic choices became more traditional with lehengas and sarees. And now, Sonakshi is seen sporting Indian formals like kurta-pants with mojri, skirt-shirt with choker neckpieces and she surely carries it with elan!

Vividha in Jaana Na Dil Se Door on Star Plus

Vividha played by Shivani Surve in Jaana Na Dil Se Door showcased quite a few wardrobe changes in the course of her character development. She wore a bunch of kurtis and anarkali suits pre-wedding and donned sarees post marriage. The show took a major leap and Vividha went back to wearing beautiful anarkali suits with lots of details as her character took a unique turn post leap.

Sanchi in Ek Rishta Saajhedari Ka on Sony TV

Ek Rishta Sajhedari Ka saw a makeover of Shivya Pathania who plays Sanchi on the show. Sanchi had been portrayed as a carefree, smart, career oriented girl. Her choice of ensembles changed in a big way post her marriage. She replaced her wardrobe with anarkali suits, jhumkas and sarees. What stood out was that Sanchi sported a lot of colourful wear as she moved further away into weaving a happy married life.
