Anita Hasanandani who seldom fails on our style radar, did today as she made an appearance in an all black OOTD for the red carpet launch of Shilpa Shetty's new business venture.

There are a certain do's and dont's when it comes to fashion, and every now and again, we break it. But this one fashion mantra 'wearing black from top to bottom under the jarring sun' is best not broken.

So, today, Anita showed up at the event, in a flared two tiered wrap tunic that could have looked great, only if it was worn independently as a dress or with a light blue pair of denim bottoms and not those jet black jeans.

Except Anita's metallic pink pumps and big-bouncy curls, nothing from her style wowed us today. Even the makeup seemed like an everyday no-makeup-makeup look.
