The Stranger Things 4 trailer was released by Netflix today. Vol. 1 of the worldwide hit series premieres May 27th, only on Netflix and Vol. 2 is set to release later this year, on July 1st.

It’s been six months since the Battle of Starcourt, which brought terror and destruction to Hawkins. Struggling with the aftermath, our group of friends are separated for the first time – and navigating the complexities of high school hasn't made things any easier. In this most vulnerable time, a new and horrifying supernatural threat surfaces, presenting a gruesome mystery that, if solved, might finally put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down.

Created by The Duffer Brothers, Stranger Things is produced by Monkey Massacre Productions & 21 Laps Entertainment with The Duffer Brothers serving as executive producers, alongside Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen of 21 Laps Entertainment, Iain Paterson, and Curtis Gwinn.

The trailer introduces us to the new enemy and poses a threat as it is time for war in Hawkins, and probably, the entire world. However, Eleven is struggling to get her powers back, and that's the only chance at dealing with the massacre that might otherwise follow. Not to forget, the trailer also has this added horror film vibe and provides a rather haunted set up for us to witness.

I'm super excited to see Dr. Brenner. The trailer gives the same vibes it did in the first and the second season. Also, the trailer looked a bit like X Files promo. But excited to see what happens next. This season seems to be more emotional than the others. Sobs.
