Sonu's motivational touch..

Sonu Niigaam has re-entered Indian Idol, and this time as a mentor, and the contestants are reaping dividends with his tips on their singing skills. Their day was made when Sonu dropped in to meet the contestants.

“He gave each one of them tips and revealed tricks of the trade like no other singer would give. All of them were spurred by this gesture of his and listened to him very carefully,” says our source.

Mohit was so overwhelmed that he burst into tears. “Sonu's down to earth manners simply floored the young ones. He told Torsha to wear a smile on her face while singing. She was so glad to get tips from Sonu, and with his permission she called her parents and made them talk to the singer,” quips the source.

“Sourabhee who is not a trained singer had many questions for Sonu on her range, throw of voice etc. Sonu just told her to stop being nervous and keep singing, and everything will become fine,” adds the source.

Prasenjit was also overwhelmed by Sonu. “Prasenjit is one happy guy as Sonu stood talking with his arms around him, so much so that Prasenjit refuses to part with the jacket he was wearing, because it had Sonu's magical and motivational touch!,” concludes the source.

Only time will say how much these contestants have got motivated by the magical presence of Sonu!!
