Siddharth Anand says he wants to make 'Pathaan' India's biggest event film

Siddharth Anand, who recently wrapped the Spain schedule for his upcoming film, 'Pathaan,' starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, has stated his intention to make it India's largest event film. 

The filmmaker revealed that his recently completed international schedule exceeded their expectations. According to him, the film has a grandiose scope, and he is pleased with the outcome. Additionally, the director stated that the production's ability to finally complete such a tight schedule is a significant accomplishment. 

Given that this is Khan's return to the big screen after more than four years, the director is going all out to make the wait worthwhile. Siddharth revealed that he intends to make the film India's most anticipated event film. Indeed, he strives to make each film a more enjoyable experience for the audience than the last. According to him, his personal objective is to elevate 'Pathaan' to the level of any film ever made. 

Along with Shah Rukh and Deepika, John Abraham also stars in the film. The trio will share screen time for the first time. It is scheduled to arrive in January 2023. 

Meanwhile, Siddharth is directing Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone in the film 'Fighter.'
