What comes as a piece of shocking news to B-town is that actor Siddhanth Kapoor, veteran Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor’s son has been caught in a huge drug controversy. On Sunday night he was arrested in Bengaluru on Sunday night after being seen reportedly taking drugs at a party.
According to ANI's reports, the actor's son was detained during a police raid at a rave party in a hotel. Siddhanth Kapoor was one of the six persons who were reportedly found to have used narcotics, according to Bengaluru Police.
The officers have yet to ascertain if the individuals involved had previously taken drugs before arriving at the party or had consumed the illegal substances at the hotel.
In the last few years, several developments of B-townies involvement in drugs have come forth and the Narcotics Control Bureau had also summoned a few of the many celebrities for the same.
Shraddha Kapoor was summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau in 2020 for interrogation in a drugs case that had surfaced during the inquiry after Sushant Singh Rajput's death. The actress allegedly agreed to attend the success party but refuted all allegations of drug usage.
For the unversed Shraddha Kapoor's brother, actor Siddhanth Kapoor has worked as an assistant director on several Bollywood films like Bhagam Bhaag and Bhool Bhulaiyaa apart from acting in an array of films like Shootout at Wadala, Ugly, Jazbaa and many more.
