Shweta Tiwari on her transformation: It happens in one second when you decide to change yourself

Shweta Tiwari, who is currently seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11, has definitely managed to grab a lot of eyeballs with her stunning performance on the show. The actress, though away from television for a while now, made quite the return with the stunt-based reality show. However, until the very day that celebrities left for the show, it was an absolute surprise that the actress will be participating in the show.

Meanwhile, her transformation had been creating a lot of buzz for a while and her photos were all over the internet. Ask her whether her transformation was something that was a conscious decision or just happened to come at the right time, she says that it was a result of her changing her life. Says Shweta, ''I feel the transformation which you talk about, your transformation happens in one second when you decide to change yourself, change your routine, change your lifestyle, that's when it starts.''

She added, ''And that one day when I decided that I need to be strong and I have to make myself strong, I started working out, without thinking how my body is going to look or where I am going with it. I just took that decision and started working out. I started changing my life, taking care of my diet, so this was all that one decision, I knew my life is going to change and my body is going to change, but I did not know that it is going to be so loved and popular. My doctor had all faith in me and she knew what I could do, but I didn't, and I want to thank her for that.''

Meanwhile, she is currently gearing up for another web series, where she will be taking to the role of a cop.
