Shocking: FIR filed against Irrfan Khan and Kapil Sharma!

Actors Irrfan Khan and Kapil Sharma might go to jail. Read the full story below.

Comedian turned actor Kapil Sharma had sparked a controversy after he had made a tweet to PM Narendra Modi alleging that a BMC official has asked him Rs.5 Lakh as a bribe for the permission to construct his office.

Soon, the actor had to face a lot of criticism from many political parties and BMC officials stating that he had broken norms at his Versova office and Goregaon flat.

Now, a BMC engineer has filed a fresh complaint against Kapil for illegal constructions. A report on a leading news channel quoted Mumbai Police Spokesperson DCP Ashok Dudhge stating that, "A sub-engineer of the BMC has filed an FIR or police complaint against him for unauthorised construction at his flat in suburban Goregaon in north Mumbai". (sic)

In a similar instance, a case has also been filed against actor Irrfan Khan for illegal construction. In a report on an online portal a senior police offical was quoted informing, "In the complaint against Mr Sharma, BMC official Abhay Jagtap has alleged the Kapil Sharma Show host had violated norms and carried out illegal construction in the flat". (sic)

Apart from Kapil and Irrfan's flats, BMC has served notices to 15 other flats in the building for violation of rules.

It seems like the matter between BMC and Kapil Sharma is getting more complicated and doesn't seem to end anytime soon.
