Shivangi & Mohsin aka Sirat-Kartik’s story to end with their daughters taking over Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Star Plus show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ has been in the news lately for the speculation regarding the leap in the show. India Forums was the first one to inform the viewers about Mohsin Khan’s exit from the show. As per further developments, even Shivangi Joshi will be eased out from the show.

India Forums also reported about actress Pranali Rathod being roped in to play the lead role post lea while names like Harshad Chopra and Namik Paul have been speculated to play the male leads in the show. Star Plus recently released a promo of the show confirming the leap and Shivangi Joshi-Mohsin Khan’s exit from the show.

In the promo, Kartik and Sirat are seen having a conversation regarding how their love and their story will live even after they die as their children will continue their legacy. They put a diya in the pond while two girls who can be assumed as Kartik- Sirat and Kartik-Naira’s daughters pick the same up and walks ahead. The promo implies that new generation will soon take over the show.

‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ is produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut Production. The show has a stellar star cast including actors like Mohsin Khan, Shivangi Joshi, Swati Chitnis, Niyati Joshi, Sachin Tyagi among others. The show earlier had actors like Hina Khan, Karan Mehra and Vishal Singh playing the lead roles of Akshara and Naitik. They were eased out of the show as Shivangi and Mohsin took over.
