Shivangi and I share the same bond that Pallavi-Milind share: Ajinkya Joshi of 'Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali'

Star Plus show ‘Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali’ is getting the love from the fans. The current track of the show revolves around Pallavi learning about Mandar’s evil side. She has planned to unveil Mandar’s truth and put him behind the bars with Raghav’s help.

Apart from Raghav-Pallavi’s chemistry, another bond from the show that is quite heart warming is the shared by Pallavi and her Kaka Milind. Both Pallavi and Milind share a close bond and are always seen spreading positivity. India Forums got in touch with actor Ajinkya Joshi who plays the character of Milind in the show and asked him about his onscreen and offscreen bond with Shivangi. He said, “Pallavi and Milind share a very deep connection. They’re each other’s go-two person. They share a father-daughter bond which is accepted very well by the viewers. The audience are loving Pallavi and Milind’s relationship which isn’t dependent on anything. Pallavi and Milind bond over tea and coffee and can talk about almost everything with each other. People are loving the bond and they often write to us stating that they wish to have a person like Milind Kaka in their lives. At times, a person can’t say everything to their parents for various reasons and that’s why a friend or well-wisher who listen to you without being judgmental is very important. Milind is that person for Pallavi”.

Speaking about his offscreen bond with Shivangi, Ajinkya said, “Where do I even start from? Our camaraderie is amazing. There’s always fun and laughter when we’re together. Shivangi is a brilliant actress and an equally amazing human being. We always hang around and like Milind-Pallavi, Shivangi and I also share a similar bond as we share our thoughts with each other. Whenever she is stuck in a tricky situation, she makes a point to discuss with me and I try to give her a piece of my mind. We share a bond wherein we don’t really have to speak; her eyes do. She is mischievous and whenever she has a prank planned, she hints me with her eyes and then we go around making silly videos of others. It’s great fun. We really pull Sulochana aka Snehal’s leg a lot. At times, it's a gala time on the sets and the Director has to scold us to get into the mood to shoot the scenes”.

He added, “I always carry snacks to eat, Shivangi and others often ask me to share the snacks. We keep on munching snacks and talk a lot. I lovingly call her ‘Kaadi Pehelwan’. She’ll definitely take my case if she gets to know that I’ve revealed her nickname to others (laughs). I can go on and on but I’m sure by now people would know what kind of bond we share”.
