Shivangi Khedkar is receiving praise for her role as Shruti in Pyaar Paisa Profit, the latest series from Inspire Films. Set in the fast-paced world of finance, the show mixes themes of ambition, relationships, and personal growth—something Shivangi says makes her character easy to connect with.
“Shruti is like many of us,” Shivangi explains. “She’s confused, scared, and trying to keep up with life’s demands. But that’s what makes her journey special and real.”
Taking on Shruti’s character meant Shivangi had to step into a world quite different from her own. However, she found the emotional challenges very familiar. “There’s a powerful moment when Shruti decides to walk away from a toxic situation. That scene touched me deeply—it broke something inside but also healed a part of me,” she shares. “Playing Shruti made me think about pressures I’ve been carrying myself.”
While the show explores both love and ambition, Shivangi is clear about her own priorities. “Money comes first, then love, then goals,” she says honestly. “Without financial independence, even love can become a burden. Money gives you the power to live life your way.”
She adds that the show helped her see her own worth in a new light. “Pyaar Paisa Profit reminded me that just because someone doesn’t notice you doesn’t mean you don’t matter. Your value stays, even when others overlook it.”
If her character Shruti could give advice, what would she say? Shivangi smiles and replies, “‘This time, I’ll live a little for myself.’ And I believe that’s something we should all do more often.”

Despite the serious themes of the show, Shivangi points out the importance of friendship in the storyline. “At the end of the day, it’s your friends who stand by you. That’s the emotional core of the series—and of real life too.”
Shivangi also expresses her gratitude for working with producers Yash and Mamta Patnaik. “They trust actors. That trust made me want to give my all to Shruti’s journey.”
In a world that often values profit above everything else, Shivangi’s character reminds viewers that it’s okay to stop, reflect, and choose yourself—even if it’s just for a moment.
