Shilpa Tulaskar and Amit Behl in Colors' next on Shivaji

More names added to the cast of Colors' show on Shivaji...

It was breaking news in TellyBuzz that Contiloe Telefilms is coming with their next extravagant historical show for Colors'on Chatrapathi Shivaji. We have also accounted that Paras Arora will play the central character of the show with Milind Gunaji seen as the warrior Shahaje Raj.

Today we bring in the latest names that will join the cast of this magnum opus show.

A source lists, "Shilpa Tulaskar, who was last seen in Sony TV's Ladies Special will essay the role of Jijabai, Shivaji's mother and Mandhar Jadhav (last seen in Zee TV's Alladin) will play the role of Sambhaji Raje Bhosale, the son of Shivaji. Ali Hassan will play the character of Muhammad Adil Shah, the ruler of Bijapur. Amit Behl and Natasha will also be seen essaying pivotal roles."

We contacted Ali Hassan and he said, "Yes I am playing one of the main antagonistsMuhammad Adil Shah,which is one of the most powerful characters in our history and I was waiting for such a kind of role."

We tried contacting Amit Behl and Shilpa Tulaskar, but both were unavailable for comments.

TellyBuzz had also reported that the show is expected to launch around the Independence Day week, i.e. closer to August 15th.
