'She was Drunk, She Fell Down, Didn't Commit Suicide': Inspector Reveals the Truth about Sushant's Ex-Manager, Disha's Suicide

Sushant Singh Rajput's ex- manager Disha Salian did not commit suicide, she fell off a Malad highrise while drinking with her friends.

As reported earlier, Disha Salian committed a suicide by jumping off a building. Now, contradicting all such reports, Mumbai Mirror has brought the truth to the forefront. As per reports in the tabloid, the 28-year-old, Disha Salian was at dinner with friends when the incident occurred in the early hours of Tuesday.

Narrating the whole story, the police officials have revealed that, Disha who lived with her parents in Dadar had come to Malad on Monday with a few friends. They all met at actor Rohan Rai's house which is on the 12th floor in a Tower in Jankalyan Nagar, Malad West.

Senior Inspector Jagdev Kalapad of Malvani Police station said to Mumbai Mirror, "There were six friends in all. They were drinking after dinner. Disha Salian who was also tipsy, walked to the window of the apartment from where she fell down at around 1 am on Tuesday."

He further revealed that around 2:25 am the Police was informed about the incident.

Upon reach the accident scene, police found Disha's body lying in a pool of blood and she was then immediately rushed to a nearby hospital where she was declared brought dead. Later, her body was sent for post-mortem examination to Shatabdi Hospital in Kandivali. Her swabs have been sent for COVID 19 tests as well.

A case of accidental death has been registered at the Malvani Police Station.

Kalapad said that the investigating team had recorded the statements of Salian’s parents. “They don’t suspect any foul play. They also told us that Disha had been anxious about her future plans for a while. We are yet to record statements of Disha's friends present in the flat at the time. Because of her intoxicated state, we cannot say whether it was a suicide or an accident."

We pray for Disha's departed soul to rest in peace and may God grant courage to her family to bear the loss.
