Shakti Kapoor robbed of an earring worth 5 lacs gifted by Shraddha!

The veteran actor was in Kanpur for a show when someone from the crowd took it off him. He underwent a surgery as his earlobe was split into two!

Shakti Kapoor was robbed at a show in Kanpur a couple of days before. Indeed a price to pay for stardom!

According to the sources, Shakti Kapoor flew from Bangkok especially to Kanpur for the show. The incident happened on the 7th of Feb, when the actor was robbed in broad daylight. The supposed person robbed him of a diamond earring gifted by his daughter Shraddha Kapoor. The actor was welcomed by a humongous crowd. They were all happy to see him. Many of them tried to close in on the star, screaming for his autographs and picture, that is when someone from the crowd pulled Shakti's ear.

Shakti grimaced in pain as his ear lobe split into two and started bleeding profusely and had to be escorted out. The actor informs that the earring was a gift to him from his daughter Shraddha Kapoor. The diamond earring was worth a staggering 5 lakhs!

After which, Shakti left for Bangkok to complete the remainder of Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3 shoot, so he didn't have enough time to get it operated. On reaching Bangkok, he underwent a cosmetic surgery. There, accompanied by the whole team of KKHH3 team, the actor got his earlobe stitched.

Amidst all the chaos, he was deeply moved by the kind gesture of his co-stars and the whole Balaji team. His co-stars would visit him regularly and a few crew members stayed with him throughout his recovery. The actor after the surgery thanked them all personally.
