Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' finally locks release date; to release on this date in September

The upcoming film "Jawan" directed by Atlee and starring SRK, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi has been creating buzz in the industry. Despite not being released yet, the film has already made an impact due to its frequent changes in release dates.

After several postponements of the release date, the highly anticipated film Jawan has finally received an official release date of September 7th, 2023. The announcement was made through the official social media account of Red Chillies Entertainment, which shared the first motion poster of the film.

Initially, the film was scheduled to be released on June 2, but due to the confusion surrounding the trailer release, the team decided to postpone the release and focus on promotions to reach a wider audience. 

Despite the delays, the production team has reportedly expressed confidence in the film's quality and revealed that the trailer is already prepared. Therefore, they were determined to stick to the original release date.

Shah Rukh Khan has reportedly informed director Atlee about his decision to delay the release of "Jawan" until September, in order to get a clear run at the box office before the release of Prabhas' highly anticipated film, "Salaar". The Bollywood superstar is said to have confidence in the release date, believing that September would do justice to the film's release.

Jawan has been a topic of discussion among fans and the film industry, mainly due to the stellar cast, including Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi, as well as the film's director Atlee, who is known for his previous blockbuster hits in the Tamil film industry.
