Sara and Jahnvi speak on their made-up rivalry; recall a funny episode

2018 witnessed many promising debutantes leaving the audience impressed with their acting prowess. However, the two actresses who generated a huge buzz on social media are Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter, Sara Ali Khan and late actress Sridevi and Boney Kapoor's daughter, Janhvi Kapoor. Be it their sartorial sense or their public outings, both Sara and Janhvi were in constant media glare and were pitted against each other at every occasion.

At a recent round table interview with News 18, the two actresses were asked about their alleged rivalry that is more or less created by the media. Hearing this, Sara interrupted, "There is a recent one, you are wearing a saree, I am wearing a saree. You saw that?" To which Janhvi replied, "I feel Sara and me should start doing red carpets together so that we save media houses the effort of creating our collages."

The stunning ladies further recalled a funny incident that happened during the screening of Kedarnath. Talking about it, Sara revealed that at the screening of Kedarnath, Janhvi came and photographers took her pictures and she said to them, "Abhi aapko collage nahin banana nei padega (Now you won't have to make a collage)."

We are certainly impressed by Sara and Janhvi's funny take on their rivalry!

Sara further said that doing promotional interviews, she decided to look directly at the cameras and say, "Hi Janhvi". When prodded if their media-generated comparisons make them competitive, the Dhadak star replied in the negative by saying, "It's only a negative thing, if you make it a negative thing. It's inspiring to have so many wonderful artists around you, otherwise it gets boring." On the other hand, Sara concluded by saying that one needs to be comfortable in their own skin.
