Janhvi Kapoor eats from Shikhar Pahariya’s plate, internet swoons over their adorable London moment

A recent video of Janhvi Kapoor and rumoured boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya from their London vacation has taken social media by storm. In the now-viral clip, Janhvi is seen casually eating from Shikhar’s plate, despite having the same dish served to her. Shikhar watches her fondly, while Janhvi flashes him a warm, mischievous smile—an exchange that fans have found heartwarming.

The video comes from a series of images and clips Janhvi shared on Instagram, offering followers a glimpse into her trip. Dressed in a black tank top and green cargo pants, Janhvi posed against a scenic bridge in London. The carousel post also included sister moments with Khushi Kapoor. The two enjoyed a lakeside picnic and horse-riding together. But it’s the final slide—featuring Janhvi and Shikhar—that has garnered the most attention.

Janhvi has not officially confirmed her relationship with Shikhar Pahariya, but she opened up about their bond during her appearance on Koffee With Karan 8. When host Karan Johar teased her about their off-and-on relationship, she replied, “Have you heard that song, Nadaan Parindey Ghar Aaja? Shikhar used to sing that to me a lot.” Janhvi was also previously spotted wearing a necklace with his name.

Shikhar comes from a politically and socially well-known family. He is the grandson of former Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde. His mother, Smruti Shinde, has a background in acting, and his brother Veer Pahariya made his Bollywood debut recently in Sky Force, co-starring Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan.

Earlier this year, Shikhar also joined Janhvi at the Cannes Film Festival for the premiere of Homebound, directed by Neeraj Ghaywan. The film features Janhvi alongside Ishaan Khatter and Vishal Jethwa.

On the professional front, Janhvi has a full slate of upcoming projects. She will be seen in Param Sundari with Sidharth Malhotra, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari opposite Varun Dhawan, and Peddi alongside Ram Charan.
