Rishi Kapoor’s untimely death was a shock to the entire nation as he has finally started on his journey to heavenly adobe. His demise has left a void amongst Bollywood fraternity and the entire Kapoor Khandan. Bollywood lost a gem but, fans have been trying their best to prosses the reality as many fail to believe Rishi Kapoor is no more.
While everyone in B-town took to their social media to remember the actor, Sameera Reddy too poured her heart out and spoke about the loss of Bollywood’s legendary actor.
Rishi left an irreplaceable void and Sameera Reddy remembers the veteran actor as a warm and welcoming person. She might have not worked with Rishi Kapoor personally but Sameera has very happy memories of meeting Rishi and Neetu Kapoor.
A recent report in Time of India quoted her as she shared, “Rishi ji and his beautiful wife. I remember when I entered the industry, as a newbie, not many people give you that love and that respect and as a couple, they were very warm and welcoming. I did not work with Rishiji personally, but I have met them on many occasions and he was an amazing person.”
After his treatment in US Rishi Kapoor returned to sets with his new venture ‘Sharmaji Namkeen’.
The film also stars Juhi Chawla in a pivotal role. Earlier, she had taken to her social media handle and mourned the death of her co-star by writing a long message in his memory and talked about her good friend Chintuji.
The film marks Hitesh Bhatia’s debut as a director and the team has shot a major portion of it in Delhi. Producers Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar are planning to complete the film and ready it for a theatrical release.
