Abhishek Kumar didn't win the Bigg Boss 17 trophy, but he sure won millions of hearts. While numbers don't always reflect a person's popularity, in Abhishek's case, it's pretty spot on.

In an exclusive chat with India Forums, Abhishek, who gave Munawar Faruqui a tough competition and emerged as the first runner-up, talked about his journey on the show. He also praised Samarth Jurel but mentioned why he doesn't want to associate with him in the future. Abhishek even mentioned that he might have reconciled with Isha if Samarth hadn't entered the show.

Talking about his time on the show, Abhishek said, "It was a memorable journey for me. Every moment was special. When Bigg Boss, Salman sir, and others said I went from being a villain to a hero, it made me really happy. I loved that tagline."

When asked about his bond with Samarth Jurel, Abhishek said, "Samarth is amazing and fun-loving. I enjoyed bonding with him. But because of one incident, things changed between us. Even during the finale shoot, I apologized to him, and he said it's okay. He was cheering for me outside the show and even hugged me tightly when I didn't win. But I don't want to maintain any connections because it might affect my future happy moments. However, he's a nice person. Isha is also amazing, and in her case, I was in the wrong."

When asked if he would have reconciled with Isha if Samarth hadn't entered the show, Abhishek said, "Honestly, I lose control when it comes to Isha. I wanted to leave her, but I ended up crying when she left. I don't know why I kept her hairband. So, I think I would have patched up with her if she had stayed, but thankfully, she didn't, and Samarth came into the show."
