Soon after the breakup, Samantha found a strong emotional bond with Naga Chaitanya. Their love story was widely celebrated, and they eventually tied the knot. Around that time, in an interview with MensXP, Samantha indirectly reflected on her painful past and how Chay brought peace into her life.

She said, “I would have fallen into such a crisis in my personal life, just like actress Savithri. But thankfully, very soon, I realized it in the beginning and walked out of the relationship. This was when I sensed that it could end up badly. And then I’m blessed to have a person like Naga Chaitanya in my life. He’s a gem.”

These words gave fans a clear hint that the relationship with Siddharth may have been emotionally draining. Though neither ever shared the exact reason behind their breakup, reports claimed that Siddharth was not ready for marriage and was uncomfortable with Samantha’s friendships with her male co-stars. Some rumours also pointed towards Siddharth’s growing closeness with another actress, whom he allegedly helped get a role in a film.
