Salman Zaidi quits 'MTV Splitsvilla X3' owing to health issues

Actor and model Salman Zaidi is one of the most loved contestants where he went on to make an impact by winning MTV Ace of Space 2.

Post his stint in the reality show, Zaidi bagged MTV Splitsvilla X3. However, due to an unanticipated instance, Zaidi has gone on to quit the show.

According to reports, Zaidi has quit the current season of Splitsvilla owing to a personal emergency. Zaidi, apart from his Ace of Space 2 winning stint was first seen during the online auditions in December.

The 13th season of Splitsvilla is set to kick off in March but before that happens, Zaidi has to back out. Talking about it in an interview with Times of India, Zaidi said, "As much as I was excited to kickstart my journey in Splitsvilla X3, I’m sad to inform my fans and well-wishers that owing to some health issues, I have had to quit the show. Post an overwhelming experience with Ace of Space, I was looking forward to embarking on yet another eventful ride with Splitsvilla X3 and meeting new people but unfortunately, I had to take this step due to some unavoidable circumstances. The 13th edition is sure to be a fine blend of spice, love and drama and I wish the other contestants and the entire team all the best for the journey ahead."

As known, the 13th season of Splitsvilla witnesses the return of Rannvijay Singha and Sunny Leone as hosts.
