Salman Khan’s Sikandar Teaser Creates Buzz; Composer Santhosh Narayanan Opens Up on the Epic BGM

Salman Khan is back with a bang! The teaser of his upcoming action drama Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss, has set the internet ablaze. Packed with Salman’s signature swag and an electrifying background score, the teaser has garnered immense appreciation from fans and critics alike.

The man behind the captivating BGM, celebrated composer Santhosh Narayanan, is basking in the overwhelming response. Speaking to Movie Talkies, Santhosh expressed his gratitude, saying, “I am filled with gratitude and incredibly thankful that the music is connecting with the audience. This is my first Bollywood film, and it feels like an absolute dream.”

When asked about working with Salman Khan and Murugadoss, Santhosh didn’t hold back his admiration: “It is an absolute privilege. Salman sir is consistently motivating and so much fun to work with. Murugadoss sir is a legend from my state of Tamil Nadu and has been giving me very specific input on what he needs for Sikandar.”

The 80-second teaser of Sikandar is nothing short of a spectacle. Salman Khan’s grand entry, battling masked foes with unrelenting ferocity, has left fans exhilarated. His character, introduced in a shadowy silhouette, exudes a mysterious aura, setting the stage for an adrenaline-pumping action drama.

When quizzed about composing music that aligns with Salman Khan’s persona, Santhosh explained, “I usually try to align the score and songs as closely as possible with the script. In Sikandar, Murugadoss sir has brilliantly woven the persona of Salman Khan and the character he is portraying. This has given me the freedom to go epic with the scoring whenever needed. I will make a conscious effort to elevate the mass screen presence of the character played by Salman sir.”

With an ensemble cast including Sathyaraj, Prateik Babbar, Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi, and Rashmika Mandanna, Sikandar is shaping up to be a cinematic extravaganza. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film is slated for an Eid 2025 release and promises to be a high-octane thriller that will redefine action dramas.
