Salman Khan, the renowned Bollywood actor, has once again found himself the target of a death threat. The latest incident occurred on Monday when an unknown individual sent a chilling WhatsApp message to the Mumbai Transport Department in Worli. Sources revealed that the message contained explicit threats to kill the actor within his Mumbai residence and also included a warning of a potential car bombing.
In response to this grave threat, the Worli Police Station has registered a case against an unidentified perpetrator. Law enforcement officials are diligently investigating the origin of the threat and meticulously examining its authenticity.
This is not the first time Salman Khan has faced such grave threats. Over the past several years, the actor has been subjected to multiple death threats, with a significant number of them having indirect connections to the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The gang is believed to be targeting Khan due to his alleged involvement in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case.
The intensity of these threats escalated in April 2024 when two individuals riding motorcycles opened fire outside Khan's Bandra residence, Galaxy Apartment, before fleeing the scene. The perpetrators were subsequently apprehended in Gujarat. Police investigations concluded that the shooting was orchestrated by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
The Bishnoi gang, determined to exact retribution, further escalated their threats by demanding that Khan either visit a temple, publicly apologize for the alleged blackbuck killing, or pay a substantial sum of Rs 5 crore.
The relentless harassment continued in October of the previous year when unknown individuals once again threatened the actor, this time demanding a Rs 2 crore ransom. In 2023, a chilling threat email allegedly sent by the notorious gangster Goldy Brar added another layer of fear to the situation.
These repeated threats highlight the serious danger Salman Khan faces, emphasizing the urgent need for increased security measures to protect his life.
Bhagwan, Allah sab unpar hai. Jitni umar likhi hai, utni likhi hai. Bas yahi hai (God and Allah are watching over. My lifespan will be as long as fate allows. That’s it)
