Salman Khan has never received a marriage proposal!

Salman Khan is one of the most popular superstars of Bollywood. At the age of 53, the actor is one of the most eligible bachelors of the country. It's not a hidden fact that the actor has been in a relationship with his co-stars be it, Aishwarya Rai or Katrina Kaif; none of these connections worked out for him.

In a recent interview with Filmfare, Salman revealed that no woman has ever come to him with a marriage proposal. Interestingly, in Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat, Katrina Kaif's character proposes marriage to Salman. However, such things have not happened to him in real life.

"No, so far it's never happened. (Smiles) Because I don't do candlelight dinners. I can't see what I'm eating in candlelight. But I do feel sad that I haven't been approached yet," the actor said.

On the work front, Salman was last seen in Bharat alongside Katrina Kaif. The actor is currently busy shooting for Dabangg 3 which stars Sonakshi Sinha as the female lead. The film is being helmed by Prabhu Deva.

Talking about Dabangg 3, Salman had said, "The story starts with Dabangg 3 in the present and then it goes back to the past and then comes back to the present day again. It will have a prequel portion, but only as a flashback," he had said.

"So it's Chulbul Pandey now and then what has gone on in his life before part one and two. The flashback will show how Chulbul Pandey actually became Chulbul Pandey. The remaining part will be about what he's upto now," he had added.

Dabangg 3 is slated to release on December 20, 2019.
