Salman and Prabhas set milestones

Superstars Salman Khan and Prabhas have lately been in the news for delivering magnum opus films respectively.

Prabhas starrer Baahubali which released on 10th of July took box office by storm with the humongous business it did on the very day of its release. A week after its release, Indian Cinema witnessed the release of Salman Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan which managed to set benchmarks in its own stride.

Both the films witnessed power packed performances delivered by their lead actors Prabhas and Salman Khan. The release of both these films marked a revolution experienced by Indian Cinema.

In addition to both the films performing par excellence at the box office, they both have managed to sustain their position on celluloid by crossing the 50 day mark. Baahubali and Bajrangi Bhaijaan are the only two recent films that have played on the big screen for over 50 days.

In today's time, when films have a short shelf life as audiences constantly demand change, both these blockbusters have stayed glued to the theatres.

More than two months since their releases, the films have managed to draw audience to theatres. Both performers have solely carried their films on their respective shoulders and have managed to set milestones with the same.
