Talking to Galatta India, she said Naga Chaitanya came to her rescue when she was feeling down and out. The two were shooting for Thandel and she was dealing with immense negativity. She said that Naga Chaitanya told her that the backlash was not an ‘organic one’ but was created to ruin her image. While she did not mention who was behind the smear campaign, the actress said Naga Chaitanya told her to stay unbothered and be absorbed in her craft as she is.
