A shocking incident has gripped social media as a video depicting the alleged assault of popular YouTuber Sagar Thakur, known as Maxtern, by fellow YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav has gone viral. According to the reports, the Gurugram police have taken action against Yadav after the disturbing footage surfaced, showing him purportedly assaulting Thakur.

In the viral video, Elvish Yadav can be seen slapping and kicking Sagar Thakur, sparking outrage across various social media platforms. The incident reportedly took place after a confrontation between the two content creators, with Thakur claiming in his police complaint that Yadav posed a threat to his life.

According to Thakur's complaint, he had been subjected to harassment and hate propaganda by Yadav's fan pages for several months, causing distress and leading him to seek counselling from an NGO. Thakur alleges that the confrontation turned violent when Yadav, accompanied by a group of individuals, attacked him at a store, using abusive language and physically assaulting him.

Thakur further claimed that Yadav intended to cause him serious harm, alleging that Yadav tried to break his spine, leaving him almost unconscious and threatening his life before leaving the scene. The altercation reportedly stemmed from comments made by Thakur regarding Elvish's meeting with Munawar Faruqui.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Maxtern demands justice for the assault by Elvish Yadav, criticizing the bailable charges in the FIR. He urges authorities to file non-bailable charges for attempted murder and calls for Yadav's immediate arrest to ensure accountability and prevent future harm. He wrote, "I was brutally attacked and assaulted by @ElvishYadav, who openly issued death threats to me. All the evidence is available on the internet. But, When I went to the police station to file an FIR, the SHO lodged it under IPC 147, 149, 323, and 506. Unfortunately, these are bailable sections, and despite clear evidence of an attempt to murder, no non-bailable charges were included.

Why haven't murder charges been included in the FIR? Is this due to the influence of money and support from the state government? Is the Haryana government potentially protecting a criminal? I request @DC_Gurugram @gurgaonpolice @anilvijminister @mlkhattar to register an FIR against Elvish with a non-bailable section for an attempt to murder and #ArrestElvishYadav. If anything unfortunate happens to me in the future, Elvish Yadav should be held accountable."

Sagar Thakur is a well-known content creator with a substantial following on various social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and X. The hashtag #ArrestElvishYadav is trending on X, although some speculate it to be a prank. Despite this, Elvish Yadav has not issued any statement regarding the incident yet.

In contrast, Elvish Yadav was recently implicated in a case involving the supply of snake venom at rave parties by the Noida Police. Politician and animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi accused Yadav of supplying snake venom to these parties, leading to an FIR being filed against him and subsequent questioning by authorities.

As investigations into the matter continue, the incident serves as a stark reminder of the potential dangers and consequences associated with online conflicts.
