Television Actor Sachin Sharma aka Krishna hosted a get-together for his close friends with Mr. Arun Pandit of SIAM Restuarant, Croma, Malad (W), Link Road.
The theme of the party was a Karaoke Night, where all close friends turned up. Present amongst guests were Ashish Kapoor who was the first one to turn up followed by Barkha Bisht and Indraneil Sengupta, Mansi Verma, Munisha Khatwani, Indian Idol fame singer Amit Sanna, Sumit Sachdev and the last on the guest list was Karishma Randhawa.
Says the host Sachin, "I had been out of town for a while, and when I got back I wanted to spend time with my close friends. Hence this party was organized, and Karaoke Nite is great fun altogether".
It was a musical evening all the way as his close friends took to the mike as they entered the restaurant. Sachin was first to hit the stage by singing the golden oldies 'Kaun hai jo sapno main aaya' & 'Dilbar Mere Kabtak Mujhe tadpaoge', even as his friends wondered who he is dedicating the song to.
Amit Sana set the stage on fire as he captivated the audience by singing Rishi Kapoor's 'Om Shanti Om'. Indraneil Sengupta sang 'Neele neele ambar par' and 'Aaj mausam bada beiman hai bada'. Sumit Sachdev gave a glimpse of his singing talent by singing English number 'Let it be Let it be' to the applause of the guests. He also sang Raj Kapoor's – 'Jaane kaha gaye wo din'.
On the singing talent of one and all present in the party, Sachin comments, "We are all very bad when it comes to singing, but it was a nite to remember".
When asked to name the best singers of the evening, he quips, "Sumeet was the best. And must say, that Indraneil has a hidden talent when it comes to singing and he was very good".
All said and done, a nite to remember for the gang!!
