Renowned actor and director Riteish Deshmukh, following the triumph of his directorial debut, Ved (2022), has exciting news for his fans as he embarks on his second directorial venture titled 'Raja Shivaji.' The revelation comes on the auspicious occasion of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti, adding a layer of significance to the project.
Taking to his social media platforms, Riteish shared the striking poster of the upcoming film, which once again sees him donning the director's hat. Titled 'Raja Shivaji,' the movie is set to delve into the life of the revered historical figure, Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
In a heartfelt caption accompanying the poster, Riteish expressed, "In the annals of history, there emerges a figure who transcends mere mortal existence—a legend, an icon, an eternal flame of inspiration. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is not a mere historical figure; he is an emotion, a timeless saga of valor, and a beacon of hope that has illuminated hearts for over three and a half centuries."
The actor-director further highlighted his deep admiration for Shivaji Maharaj's journey, portraying it as a saga of epic proportions.
