Rishi Kapoor being Prepared for his Final Journey; To Get a Musical Farewell Like Uncles Shammi and Shashi Kapoor

While we were still coping up with the sudden demise of actor Irrfan Khan, we woke up to the disturbing news of legendary actor Rishi Kapoor’s death. He breathed his last this morning at Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital in Mumbai after a 2-year battle with Cancer.

Now, as per reports in SpotboyE, Rishi Kapoor's last rites will take place at the Chandanwadi crematorium and the actor will have a musical funeral just like his uncles, Shashi Kapoor and Shammi Kapoor. 

"Not sure if there will be a proper band arrangement, considering the lockdown restrictions, but there will be music of some form, when the family bids Rishi Ji a final goodbye," a source close to the Kapoors informed the portal.

His wife Neetu Kapoor penned a heartwarming post her companion left her. The post read, “He was grateful for the love of his fans that poured in from the world over. In his passing, they would all understand that he would like to be remembered with a smile and not with tears.
