Raveena Tandon recently took to Instagram to express her gratitude for the outpouring of love and support she received following a road rage incident outside her Mumbai home. The incident, which occurred earlier this week, involved her driver being attacked while parking her car.
In her Instagram story, Raveena thanked her fans and shared a key takeaway from the experience. "Thank you for the overwhelming love, belief, and support. Moral of the story? Get dashcams and CCTVs now!" she wrote. She also posted a news report that clarified she had been cleared of any wrongdoing in the matter.
The incident came to public attention when a video circulated on social media, showing a woman accusing Raveena's car of hitting her and claiming that the actress and her driver had assaulted her. However, a subsequent release of CCTV footage contradicted the woman's claims, showing that the car did not make contact with her. According to a report by HT City, Raveena was acquitted, and the police dismissed the woman's allegations that Raveena and her driver were intoxicated.

DCP Raj Tilak Roshan confirmed that neither party lodged any formal complaints. He explained, "Raveena was returning home. Her car was reversing, and the woman who walked by got angry at her driver, demanding he drive more carefully. There was no physical contact between the car and the woman, but a verbal altercation ensued. Raveena got out of the car and argued with the woman. Since there were no written complaints, no case has been filed."
In a show of solidarity, fellow actress Kangana Ranaut also voiced her support for Raveena. Kangana stated on her Instagram story that the incident was alarming and criticized the aggression shown towards Raveena, emphasizing that such outbursts should be condemned and those responsible should face consequences.
Despite the unsettling event, Raveena has resumed her professional commitments. She was last seen in the film "Patna Shukla" and is eagerly anticipating her next project, the comedy film "Welcome to the Jungle," where she will star alongside an ensemble cast.
