Rashmi Pitre of Diya Aur Baati Hum is a talented painter who dabbles in abstract and semi-abstract paintings on spirituality and philosophy. She has participated in 30 painting exhibitions both in India and abroad, going on to win awards at both State and National level. The USP of her work she says is that she does 'paintings with poetry on canvas'.

She will have a solo painting exhibition at Khar in Mumbai at the Pradarshak Art Gallery from December 7th to December 22nd. Also from November 28th to December 2nd; her paintings will be a part of the exhibition at India Art Festival.
